At our facility, we house a variety of converting equipment that allows us to adapt to multiple converting tasks, such as slitting, sheeting, die-cutting, spooling, rewinding, specialty laminating and printing. Combining these services with our expertise, we are in a position for providing innovative solutions for our customers.

 Die Cutting
- Rotary Die Cutting
- From very small parts up to 16" wide
- Island Placement allows one die cut
part to be placed atop another die cut part.
- Increase productivity rates.
- Flatbed Die Cutting
Die cut parts from very small up to 2’ x 5’
- Precision tolerance to .005"
- Allows cutting of
thicker materials.

 Laminating
- This is a method of joining similar and dissimilar materials.
- Useful in putting together any combination of materials:
film, foil, foam, cloth, and paper with or without adhesives.
- Laminate multiple layers of material, adhesive and release lining.
- Die-cutting or sheeting is available to facilitate production
requirements.

 Printing
- Flexographic printing gets your message across such as
company logos, product usage, instructions.
- Single & multiple colors on paper, film, foil, foam and cloth.
- Wide range of available sizes.
- Flexographic printing is quick, and economical.

 Rewinding
- Jumbo logs are slit and rewound to meet your exact dimensions
in width and length.
- Unwind: 1” to 6” diameter cores
- Rewind: 1” to 3” diameter I.D. cores
- 1/16” to 60” widths
- 2 feet to thousands of feet in length.
- Useful when needing a specific length roll on a certain
size core for a consumer kit or manufacturing application.

Sheeting
- This is a process of cutting flexible materials to any
conceivable rectangular shape.
- Any size; 1/4” x 1/4” to 60” x 1000’
- All types of flexible materials.

Slitting
- Master logs are slit to your desired width.
- Standard and custom sizes, from
1/64” to 60” wide.
- Slitting methods used are razor, shear, score, and single knife cutting.
- MBK works with all types of materials.

Spooling & Reeling
- Spooling allows us to put unusually long lengths of material on a single spool, up to thousands of feet.
- Optimizes productivity by reducing down time for
the end user.
- Variety of spool sizes available.
